Tao's mother was a brave woman. She was brave because she never wanted to let go of Tao. She was also brave because she fed Tao and she died for Tao. The first animal he tried to draw was a horse, the second animal is a wolf dog(Ram)

The wolf dog(Ram) was easier to draw because Ram was there to draw but the horse, he had to remember how to draw him.

The first taboo that Tao has broken and Graybeard knows is that he draws.
The second taboo is that e hunts with a wolf dog (Ram)

Do you agree or disagree with Graybeard?
I disagree with graybeard because since Tao has no family so he found something he loved, drawing and it's like taking alway a family member alway forever.
Is what he says true for those times, but not now? Or is the reverse true: is it true now, but wasn't true then?
I think it's not true now but on those times it was. The reason because of this is because right now people can draw all they want but in Tao's times he wasn't able to draw, only the chosen ones could draw.

An important theme in this novel is that people should follow their dreams and do what they believe is right, even if they don't follow their society's expected ways.
The author examines this theme in a stone age setting. Imagine a similar situation today, where a person's desires go against society's expectations
What situation did you imagine?
One thing that i could imagine about a situation like Tao's, is about a poor guy fells in love with a rich women. One of the problems is that the rich women is a ready married but the women doesn't like the guy she is married with, her mom forced her to marry that guy. So the guy is in love with the rich women and the rich women is in love with the poor guy . Another problem they have is that once the rich women's mom figured that the women is in love with the poor guy the mom tries to stop the women from having a relationship with the poor man. But the girl followed her heart and left to live with the man she fell in love with the poor guy.

In the situation you imagined, should the person follow his or her dreams or should they follow society's rules? Give your opinion.
I think what the women did was good because she followed what her heart told her to do. Any way with her mom she lived a horrible life with the guy she married she even hates that guy
